The refurbishment of Hotel Buckman and the former Fire House has led to the extensive transformation of both structures into 27 one-bedroom apartments and a communal support area for a senior living project now named Buckman Apartments. On the ground floor, you’ll find various communal facilities such as a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, administrative offices, a laundry room, a fitness center, a beauty/barber shop, and a tranquil outdoor patio/walking space. The remaining sections of the ground floors, along with the upper levels, house the individual living quarters. These apartments vary in size from 575 to 600 square feet, each comprising a combined living and dining area, a full kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a bedroom. All units are designed to be accessible for individuals with disabilities, with two units specifically equipped for handicapped individuals. Additionally, for those who enjoy gardening, we offer raised garden beds in a courtyard setting!
