About Applewood Pointe

Applewood Pointe is the name of cooperative communities developed by United Properties, a company with a mission to bring “joy in living to every age and every stage.” Since the inception of our first senior cooperative, Applewood Pointe of Roseville, in 2004, we have established nearly 30 communities across Minnesota, Colorado, and Florida. Our senior living options cater to various preferences, offering communities for rent or purchase, with or without senior services. With over a century of experience, United Properties has firmly established itself within the communities it serves. Our headquarters are in Minneapolis, MN, with additional offices in Denver, CO, and Austin, TX. As part of the Pohlad Companies, which also owns the Minnesota Twins and Carousel Motor Works, United Properties is deeply rooted in the region. At each community, property management is entrusted to our reliable partners, either Ebenezer or Paramark in Minnesota. Applewood Pointe’s sister communities include Amira Choice senior living communities and Amira 55+ rental communities.
