Members are able to choose from 11 carefully selected and positioned floor plans situated across 4 floors of cooperative living. The main floor boasts roughly 6,150 square feet of amenities indoors and nearly 2,000 square feet of outdoor living spaces. Additionally, there are 10 boat slips exclusively available to Artessa Cooperative members located adjacent to the community in Lost Lake on Lake Minnetonka!
